If a person gives support to militants and does not heed to the warning of army/police looking for militants he is most likely to be killed. So please stop supporting militants my Kashmiri brothers and be a responsible citizen of the country or else be ready to face the the consequences...

Your narrative is sweeping with poor historical knowledge. Ever talk of 300000 Kashmir pundits persecuted in their own home or minorities in South Asia? 45,000 innocents killed in India by crossborder terrorist groups ever concern.....

KARMA is so rude. It doesn't forget anyone !! Karma and Allah don't discriminate in teaching tough lessons! The Kashmiri muslims did similar things to Kashmiri Pundits living there. Now atleast some of them understand the pain of Kashmiri Pundits...

“I have served India and have got government security. Now I am being paid with the dead body of my son for my sacrifice,” the older Magray said.😥😭

World largest democracy is afraid of bodies and telling them about Justice is like inviting death .

No matter how much you do for them. These people will always he ungrateful and keep accusing the army. Both of them Akash and Rana were silent when terrorists killed teachers and vendors in kashmir recently. Now they're crying everywhere because Indian Army's action. Shows the double standards.

Pious declarations of family that their dead loved ones were not militants is unreliable. These are activities that are by nature hidden especially from close family. That said, there is no doubt every allegation needs to be probed and whether someone was a militant, associate or OGW established with evidence by authorities. The practice of burying militant bodies far away seems pragmatic to stop further recruitment into militant ranks from the large emotional funerals. This exact scenario will repeat endlessly unless Kashmiri Muslim majority refuse to host and expose all militants and terrorists in their midst. It is well understood that this will not happen unless a reasonable political solution acceptable to the Indian state and Kashmir muslim majority is hashed out. Sadly that is at least another couple of decades away since all parties to the conflict continue to have unrealistic expectations out of a peace deal. Counter-terrorism or counter-insurgency is essentially a smouldering war by another name and are by definition ugly. The current casualties only serve to highlight the desperate need for a political settlement and nothing else.

Reminds me of nothing so much as Afghanistan and the practice of "night raids", often inflicted on people who had no connection with the Taliban, but who owned a piece of land that the local Zamindar wanted, or had a cute son that the local warlord had his eye on.

Well, if the survivors and their relatives weren't Taliban supporters before, then they sure were all in with the Taliban afterwards.

We slaughtered very few Hindu Pandits in the '90s. We should have followed Allah's word and done a full genocide.
