Dear Ms. Ayyub

I feel numb & speechless as I go through this piece & it pains my heart to witness this face of society and country. I can't imagine the pressure you must be in right now & for what just doing your duty, speaking truth, & having courage to stand against any wrong without choosing a side.

As someone who is in early 20s still getting to know the society & juggling with career shaping..i would like to say thank you for looking out for us, for keeping alive our faith in society & telling us that no not everything is wrong with us, there are people who are fighting to make it right.

But also as a country and society we are sorry that you have go through this for honestly doing your duty, for having the courage to stand with right & for Speaking for those who need your voice to make them heard.

May god bless you & more power to you & i wanted to say hold on but i won't bcz i know you will never get down.

Sending you all the love and positivity.

It is horrifying to see what our country has come to, resolving to so much hate, trying to force opinions using violence is the exact opposite of what we stand for or used to, atleast, I don't think I can say it still does anymore.

You do not deserve this, no one does, it's heartbreaking and scary and wrong and i am so sorry you have to go through this, Rana.

Sometimes, courageous women like you, have to face two face sword. On the one hand you are facing these right wing hooligans and on the other side, even well meaning people coming from majority community have a choice of thinking or not thinking àbout the present communal scenario. Being a Muslim, you don't have that choice. They also forget that you are also a human. They take it for granted and at the back of their mind think, 'oh she is very courageous, she can deal with anything’. They forget to check or ask, 'how are you doing?' I hope, you are surrounded by good friends. It is very important. Respect for you courage and work!

BTW Enforcement Directorate just froze your Rs 1.77 crores money which you collected for Poor and Covid affected, and were enjoying with your father and relative. Stop playing victim card, you stole money from real sympathizers and used for personal hobbies. Let the law take its course and put you behind bars forever.
