A Mumbai court recently sent me summons for an article I wrote in 2009 on Sanatan Sanstha
Close on the heels of the Indian government banning the Popular Front of India, I received summons from a court in Mumbai for an article I wrote in Tehelka on the Hindu Nationalist Organisation, Sanatan Sanstha. It must be brought to the reader’s notice that the State government of Maharashtra had sent two proposals to the Modi-led government to ban the Sanatan Sanstha who it is alleged were also instrumental in the murder of rationalists and writers like Gauri Lankesh and Narendra Dabholkar. Ever since I tweeted about the court summons, I have been inundated with mails asking for a copy of the article. Since Tehelka has deleted all the content from its website, I am posting a copy of the article for the benefit of readers
